Please include a copy of the invoice and reason for return. No returns accepted after 15 days, or on any special order items. Returned items must be in sellable condition.

Firms with a satisfactory credit rating by the Jewelers' Board of Trade can open a 30 day account. If you are not rated by the JBT and wish to open a Cas-Ker account, please submit our credit application. You must supply at least three trade references and your bank name. Please allow 10 days for approval upon receipt of signed application.

- What are the shipping methods and rates?
Cas-Ker ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx Express

We reserve the right to ship only to the same shipping address as the billing address.

 

Typical shipping costs (subject to change, and variable based on item size, weight, value and destination):

  • Ground Shipping $19.75 or less
  • 2nd Day Air $36.75 or less
  • Next Day $50.75 or less
  • Priority Mail $12.95 or less
  • First Class Mail $8.95

 

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your order in the most economical way possible. The shipping amount charged on your final invoice may be less than the amount shown on your order confirmation. You will be contacted in advance of billing if additional shipping charges are required.

Shipping rates apply to destinations in CONTINENTAL US ONLY. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers may be subject to additional shipping charges. Cas-Ker does not ship internationally

FAQ's

- When will my order ship?
Most orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order, Monday-Friday from Cincinnati, Ohio.

- What if an item is back ordered?
Back-ordered merchandise is shipped as soon as it is available at no additional shipping cost.

- What if an item is special ordered?
Items not normally stocked by Cas-Ker must be special ordered. Customer will be advised in advance if an item must be special ordered. Special ordered items will be billed for shipping. Special conditions apply. Special order items are not returnable.

- How do I track my order?
By providing your email with your order you will receive tracking information for orders sent via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

- What if I live in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories?
Cas-Ker ships to these locations, via UPS and USPS. Shipping method is determined by size, weight, value of the order and customer requests when possible. Special conditions apply.

- Does Cas-Ker ship to International locations?
No- currently not shipping to International locations.

- Are there any shipping regulations or restrictions?
Certain items can only be shipped by UPS Ground within the continental 48 states. These items are identified in catalogs and on the website, and include lithium ion batteries, certain liquids, and other items. In addition there are a limited number of large items that can only be shipped LTL Freight.

- Can I refuse a damaged package?
If you receive a package with obvious damage, refuse the delivery and notify Cas-Ker. If you accept a package with hidden damage, save all packing material and notify Cas-Ker.

- How do I return an item for credit?
Package the return item carefully to arrive safely. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return. The item must be returned in the original condition including all packaging, within 15 days of receipt. Please provide an explanation for the return, if the item is defective, damaged or outside of the 15 day period. RMA's are not required for returns.
