Professional jeweler’s boxed set of 18 punches for closing round bezels around stones and prongs.

The set includes 18 punches from .75mm to 7.75mm. Tempered punches have concave faces, ideal or closing round bezels around stones precisely and uniformly.

Convenient hinged wooden storage box features a latched closure and a spot for each punch, marked with its mm size. Set includes a comfort-grip durable hardwood handle.

Set the stone, then simply press the concave punch over the setting to push the tips over the stone. Perfect for bezel setting on small and medium stones up to around 1 karat.

How to Use

Select a punch 1 mm lager than the outside diameter of the bezel. Clamp punch to handle. Gently rotate the concave end of the punch around the top of the bezel, increasing the force until the stone is set. Pro tip: Polish the inside of the punch using a silicone abrasive bit on your flex-shaft machine before use. You’ll be assured of smooth, scratch-free bezels.
